Erika Hansen - Human Resources Consultant
Erika Hansen is president of Cape Ann Business Incubator (CABI), Inc. of Gloucester, MA., a non-profit organization dedicated to helping start-up entrepreneurs and existing small businesses succeed.
She is also managing director of EH2 Solutions Group, providing management consulting, training, and administrative support to businesses and individuals. Erika has a BA in Psychology from Sarah Lawrence College, and studied literature at the Sorbonne and cognitive psychology at University of Paris VII.
She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a business transforming personality assessment tool that helps organizations in areas such as team building, leadership development, communications strategies, and sales.
Erika is fluent in Portuguese and French.
